Founded in 2001, Invoke is the product of the encounter of Rémi Lacour, a specialist from the world of finance and Stéphane Allez, an information management systems specialist.

Invoke publishes Financial Software and specializes in Financial Reporting. It is the first financial software publisher to provide a set of solutions covering the whole financial information production chain. Its offering adresses accounting, tax, financial and legal management teams.

There are, historically, 3 generations of INVOKE solutions:

1st generation – Tax reporting
Invoke is one of the first software developers of electronic filing solutions for company tax declarations and accounting documents in EDI format, that has enabled it to gain the confidence of 1000 new customers in less than two years.

2nd generation – Financial Reporting
2003: Invoke develops its Financial Reporting offering with a line of software applications for financial reporting, consolidation, tax consolidation and tax reporting.

Third generation – XBRL Financial Reporting
2006: Invoke is a founding member and member of the board of the association XBRL France.
2008: Launch of the Invoke XBRL line: tools incorporating the latest technologies to reading, editing and producing financial information in XBRL format.
